We're celebrating YOU!

April 15 - 21 is National Volunteer Week and we would like to extend an extra special thank you to the incredible people who generously give their time in support of creating a future without breast cancer.

Every year hundreds of Atlantic Canadians volunteer their time, talent, and expertise to support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Atlantic Region. Volunteers are at the heart of all that we do. Whether they are leading the charge on our board of directors, expertly reviewing grant applications, or diligently preparing pink ribbons for donors and friends, everyone has their own reason for volunteering.

Our signature fundraising event – the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure, as well as many other community driven fundraising initiatives, are lead entirely by tireless teams of volunteers. By donating their time, these volunteers are helping to keep costs low, which means that every dollar raised can have the greatest impact on the cause.
