Zumba Success!

The music was blaring and spirits were high as 424 people gathered at the Pepsi Centre Studio in Corner Brook, NL for a Zumbathon in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Atlantic Region.
For a $10 ticket participants had a blast grooving to the upbeat music, under the instruction of four fantastic Zumba instructors: Donna Gallant, Terra Hynes, Rhonda McMaster, and Bernice Winsor.  This high-energy, fun-filled event attracted the attention of CBC’s “Live Right Now” Canada-wide challenge!
The hard work of the organizers, and of the participants paid off, as they amassed a grand total of $4100 to contribute to creating a future without breast cancer!
