Driving Hope drives ideas

This year the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Atlantic Region launched a new golf fundraising program designed specifically for driving ranges. Through Driving Hope, participating driving ranges offer the option to patrons to purchase a Driving Hope bucket of golf balls, with a portion of the proceeds returning to CBCF – Atlantic Region.

The first driving range to jump on board with this new initiative is the Fairview Hills Golf Centre in Halifax. Stop by their Main Avenue location to participate, and to support their fundraising efforts!

Other driving ranges and golf courses used the idea of Driving Hope as a launch-pad to create their own unique fundraising events for CBCF – Atlantic Region.  From tournaments to a golf-inspired theme park, and everything in between, golf enthusiasts in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick will be busy this season as they take a swing at creating a future without breast cancer.

A very special thanks to Fairview Hills Golf Course (Halifax), the Dundee Sports Dome (Moncton), Hart Island Bucket Club (Fredericton), and Island Green Golf Course (Kentville) for showing their support in such a great variety of ways!
