Workplace Fundraising

Workplace fundraising is a positive, rewarding and fun way to motivate and further engage employees in your organization. Studies have shown that one of the factors contributing to engagement in the workplace is pride of the company’s support of your community.  Whether you are a small family business, a bustling medium size business or a large corporation or company with many branches, there are many ways that you can support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF) – Atlantic Region and provide your employees with an enriching experience.

By raising funds for CBCF - Atlantic Region, you are funding relevant and innovative research, as well as supporting and advocating for the breast cancer community.

How to get involved

We offer many programs for all size businesses but we’re also happy to customize something just for you.

Employee Giving Programs

Get Pink’d – On March 12, 2015, people from all across Canada will be supporting CBCF by purchasing a $5 button and adding a bit of pink to their wardrobe for the day. This fundraiser is a great way to get all of your co-workers on board to support a future without breast cancer and is easy to implement. To register, please call us at 1-866-273-2223 or email us at cbcfatl@cbcf.org. In Newfoundland & Labrador, call Paula at 1-709-368-0008 or email her at ptessier@cbcf.org

Payroll Deduction – You can run a year long campaign and promote workplace giving by offering payroll deduction to your staff. This is an easy way to make a meaningful gift to help create a future without breast cancer. You can forward the donations on to CBCF on a quarterly basis or annual basis and charitable tax receipts will be provided to all of the employees who are participating.

Staff Lottery or 50/50 Draw – Organize a staff lottery or 50/50 draw with your employees.  It’s as easy as having an automatic payroll deduction set up with monthly draws. For more information, please call us at 1-866-273-2223 or email us at cbcfatl@cbcf.org. In Newfoundland & Labrador, call Paula at 1-709-368-0008 or email her at ptessier@cbcf.org
