Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - BC/Yukon Region
Annual Breast Cancer Research Grant Competition

The CBCF – BC/Yukon Region Annual Breast Cancer Research Grant Program provides seed funding to initiate new projects in breast cancer in BC. Researchers in British Columbia and the Yukon are invited to apply for up
to $250,000 in funding, per project, to study breast health and breast cancer. Grants may be awarded for individual projects of up to 2 years in duration. Projects must demonstrate direct impact on the issue of breast cancer, and include strategies for knowledge translation so that the work being done in the laboratory transfers as quickly as possible to the clinic and to the people affected by breast cancer.

The 2015-2016 call for proposals is now closed. The next call for proposals will be posted within the first week of September, 2015.
