Download, print and fill out a two-page Volunteer Application Form. The information obtained from the Application Form will be kept confidential. The information you provide will help us to contact you and place you in a volunteer role that works for you and the Foundation.

Once completed you can either fax it to 416-596-7857 or mail it to: Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, 790 Bay Street, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 1N8. Fax and mail should be to the attention of Nicole Poos, National Manager, Volunteer Resources.

The volunteer process
After reviewing your Application, we will contact you to arrange a meeting where we can determine what volunteer position would suit you and the Foundation. Depending on the placement position, volunteers may be asked to provide references and may require an orientation session or other training.

Volunteering opportunities
