Position: Awareness Day
Term: Meetings and event dates vary by community
Description: Help coordinate the BC/Yukon Region’s annual signature breast cancer Awareness Day luncheon. (Staff leadership and support provided)
Locations: Vancouver and Victoria

Position: Board of Directors/Advisory Committee
Commitment: Term commitment
Description: Take a leadership role with CBCF and participate on the BC/Yukon Region Board of Directors. In addition, special advisory committees are in place for professionals interested in exercising their skills in developing policy and decision-making.
Location: Vancouver

Position: Breast Cancer Survivor Speaker
Commitment: Event dates & times vary
Description: Share your personal story by speaking at Foundation events and campaigns to raise awareness about breast cancer.
Location(s): Province wide

Position: Community Event Support
Commitment: Number of events and times vary
Description: Support community events as needed – staff CBCF information booths, help set up community events and displays, etc.
Location(s): Province wide

Position: Office Assistance
Commitment: Shifts are available Monday to Friday during regular office hours
Description: Provide professional support to our offices in various departments – Finance, Marketing, Fund Development, Administration, or Health Promotion.
Location: Vancouver & Victoria

Position: Pink Ribbon Making
Commitment: Flexible and ongoing
Description: Help make our signature pink ribbons that are distributed at fundraising and awareness events. All supplies are provided and pink ribbons can be made in your home.
