Funds raised through events such as the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure and third party events enable the Atlantic Chapter Board of Directors to award Research Grants, Community Health Grants and Studentship Awards.

RESEARCH GRANTS

The Research Grants Program is open to all researchers working in and conducting their breast cancer research in Atlantic Canada.
COMMUNITY HEALTH GRANTS
Deadline: August 1, 2008
The Community Health Grants Program supports projects that fulfill the mission and objectives of CBCF in the areas of health promotion, education, early diagnosis and effective treatment.
NEW: STUDENTSHIP AWARDS
Deadline: January 16, 2009
The Studentship Awards Program has been developed to foster an interest in the field of breast cancer among undergraduate and graduate students in Atlantic Canada.
