OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

 At the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation we focus on breast cancer all year long, but in October we have an even greater opportunity to promote awareness in the community as we celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

At www.cbcf.org/breastcancer you will be able to find up-to-date, easy-to-read information on breast health and breast cancer.  This information provides comprehensive overviews of a wide range of breast health and breast cancer topics, including cause and risk factors, early detection and living with the beyond the disease.

During October you will also find a number of programs and products from our partners that promote awareness, including the Hbc Think Pink^TM campaign, the Sears Give Someone Hope program, the Payless Embrace the Cause bracelet and Penningtons and Addition Elle's Celebrate Life campaign.  To learn more about these and other programs click here.
