Whether you hosted a Yard Sale, shopped a Yard Sale in your community, or volunteered – thank you for joining the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation on Saturday, May 29th, 2010.

Over 200 individuals hosted Yard Sales in communities all across Canada came together to lose the clutter, find the cure.

Thanks to your dedication the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation is able to fund the most promising developments in scientific research and the best initiatives in awareness and community education. Foundation funding has led to significant advances in the science of breast cancer and real changes in patient care. Together we’re creating a future without breast cancer.

It’s not too early to mark your calendar to join us for next year’s Yard Sale for the Cure on Saturday, May 28th, 2011

ABOUT:

Yard Sale for the Cure is a series of yard sales that will take place in selected neighbourhoods all across Canada on May 28th, 2011 in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. It all started in 2005, when Rachael Smith held the first yard sale in her Toronto Beach community. Now a signature fundraiser for the Foundation, Yard Sale for the Cure has raised over $650,000 to date for breast cancer research, awareness and education.
