The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and Toronto Maple Leafs are teaming up again for their third Pink Ribbon Night on Saturday, October 14th!  The Leafs will take on the Calgary Flames on the ice, but everyone can take on breast cancer through this event by helping raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Pink Ribbon Night will see the Air Canada Centre transformed into a sea of pink.  Media personalities, Leafs players and Flames players will sport pink ribbons to show their support for creating a future without breast cancer.  Foundation volunteers and the Lady Leafs will offer ribbons to the fans, collect donations, and provide information about the Foundation and about breast cancer.

Hockey fans from coast to coast can participate in Pink Ribbon Night by participating in an online auction that will launch at the start of the game, Saturday October 14th.

There is something for everyone at this auction; products from Foundation partners such as Wilson Sports, K2, KitchenAid and FisherGirl will also be available.  Place your bid for the item you just have to have!  Proceeds from the auction will be directed to the Foundation, and every dollar helps.  (Auction closes Monday, October 23rd 2006.)
