BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING
Personal connection to the cause
Many people through family, friends, or co-workers know someone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Volunteers may be living with breast cancer, or know of people touched by the disease and want to help by volunteering their time and expertise.
Social responsibility
Volunteers want to contribute back to society and seek a credible non-profit organization with which to get involved. The Foundation was founded by volunteers and continues to rely heavily on the support of volunteers.
Skill development
Organizing committees at the Foundation offer experience in marketing, media, event management, and more. Volunteering provides an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience in a variety of areas.
Get connected
Volunteering enables individuals to have fun, meet new people and be a part of a team while enjoying the event activities.
