2011 Report to the Community

On behalf of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Prairies/NWT Region, thank you for making fiscal 2010/11 one of great success. Thank you for opening up your hearts and your minds, for seeing the possibility of what we can do together to create a future without breast cancer.

Your perseverance, generosity and spirit have been our greatest strengths. You volunteered or participated in events, donated, spent countless hours investigating this disease or educating fellow Canadians. You made a difference!

You helped bring us to the point we are at today – where we see improvements in long term survival rates, in diagnostics and early detection – thus more lives saved – and modern, less invasive and more customized medical treatment.

Each and every one of you have made a significant contribution to the success of our work.

Please read the 2011 Report to the Community to learn more about all facets of the Region’s work, and a glimpse at some of the stories about the work of our passionate and dedicated volunteers, donors, community and corporate partners and grant recipients.

Past Reports

It takes an enormous number of very different people all working together to create a future without breast cancer. We wants our supporters to know where the money is allocated, the differences your support is making and why your continued support of the Foundation is so important.
